Awesome, awesome song. One of my favourites by them.
Rascal Flatts is based out of Nashville, TN (like most major country artists)(2 [who are actually 2nd cousins (Jay DeMarcus [bass & bg vocals] & Gary LeVox [lead vocals])] of the members are originally from Columbus, Ohio; DeMarcus was moved to TN in 1992 & was in the band East to West). They started in 1999 & got signed to Lyric Street Records & released their self-titled debut a year later. Right from the get-go, they were noticed, having their debut single "Prayin' for Daylight" reach peaking at #3, & 3 other singles from that album all reaching the top 10. In 2001, they released their "Melt", & continued to gain success through the following decade. Multiple albums of theirs achieved multi-platinum status, with their 2006 album "Me & My Gang" reaching 5x Platinum. They've now released 7 albums plus a live DVD & a greatest hits CD. This song is from their album "Me & My Gang", released April 4th, 2006.
