Poor Man - by Plus One

From another one of the CD's I picked up at Overflow during this past weekend…. (aka, one of the CD's I'm absolutely loving right now!).
Plus One was based in TN.  The [formerly] boy-band released their debut album "The Promise" on May 23rd, 2000 on Atlantic Records.  In the same year, Pokémon: The Movie 2000 was released (in the US; it was released in '99 in Japan), & they had their song "With All Your Heart" featured on the soundtrack.  Their sophomore release "Obvious" hit the streets on Feb. 26th, 2002, & they followed that with "Christmas" (a Christmas album…) in Oct. that year.  However, 2 of their members left the band, leaving 3 remaining who went on to release their third & final album as Plus One.  "Exodus" was released Nov. 18th, 2003 on Inpop Records (Superchic[k], Newsboys); they followed the release with the "Exodus '04" tour before quietly parting ways.  This song was from "Exodus" (to which, this album is the reason why I say "formerly boy band").

& here's a video they released in Aug. 2010 about where they went after they broke up..:
