TRS is the music project of Bryce Avary - born Dec. 31st, 1982. His base of operations is Fort Worth, TX. His music career started when he was 16 - he independently released "The Rocket Summer EP" in 2000, & was signed to Militia Group for the following LP, "Calendar Days" [Feb. 8th, 2003]. The name came from Ray Bradbury's 1950 "Martian Chronicles" - a short story which one of the chapters is named "Rocket Summer". A successful tour in the U.S. & Japan came in support of his next LP "Hello, Good Friend" [May 17th, 2005], after which he was signed - after a couple of other EP's including "The Early Years EP" [2006](a re-release of his self-titled EP) - to Island/Def Jam Records. He's since released 2 LP's - "Do You Feel" [2007] & "Of Men and Angels" [2010] - & 3 EP's. The latest, just released today [May 24th, 2011]: "Bryce Avary, His Instruments, and Your Voices"; it's an acoustic EP with him on acoustic guitar and piano, & the audiences from a couple of live shows. This song is from "Of Men and Angels" (released Feb. 23rd, 2010).
