The News:

Pillar posted just minutes ago on their Facebook page:
"Over the last 13 years it is safe to say that we have had the most incredible fans ever. I just wanted to thank all of you for your support and for all you have done. I am thankful for each of you - Rob"
Giving no other indication of what the future may hold for the chart topping band, it's left to their fans imaginations as to what they may announce next.  Many seem to be fearful that this may very well be the end of what many are calling their "favo[u]rite band".  More news to come (I hope).

The band States released a video just today announcing they have a release date for their upcoming album:

(coincidentally, the video contains what sounds to be a cover of "Ballroom Blitz")

Steven Curtis Chapman released his latest project, "re:creation".  The album contains 6 new songs plus new recordings (basically, covers) of 8 of his biggest hits.  In a video about the album, Chapman also explains about "a happy new instrument" that he, for the first time, began to play - the ukelele.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_pImRGISww  This album features his first usage of this instrument - "Long Way Home", as well as other awesome & new renditions of some classics of his.

I just thought I should share this news with you.
