Just heard this song for the first time this evening - love at first hearing.
JJ Heller is based out of Phoenix, AZ. Her musical career started roughly 7 years ago at San Jose Christian College (near San Francisco, CA). Shortly after graduation, she married & relocated to Phoenix. Her debut, an EP titled “Songs That I Know” [ind.], hit the streets in 2004. Co-writing with her husband, Dave, they released 3 more LP’s & 2 EP’s before, as she states, “A year of blessing & change”*. 2010 saw the release of “When I’m With You” [ind.] – the singles “Your Hands” & “What Love Really Means” obtained quite a bit of attention, & she saw some of her music appearing on TV – on ABC’s “Make It or Break It” & CW’s “One Tree Hill”. The album itself made it to #9 on Billboard’s Folk Albums chart, & #31 on their Heatseekers Albums chart & featured itself & its songs in other charts as well. JJ has a new album, “Deeper”, set to be independently released Oct. 11th, 2011; & also a new baby set to be ‘released’ sometime September. This song, as mentioned, is from “When I’m With You”.
